Information for New Patients

The Clock Tower Surgery is available for patients who are homeless or vulnerably housed in the Exeter area in Devon. Registration is easy and patients only have to fill in a few paper forms before being registered. Forms can be collected at the reception desk.

Some patients find reading and writing difficult. It is not a problem and there will always be someone at Clock Tower Surgery to help. Our outreach healthcare assistants and nurses will also contact patients and register rough sleepers with the surgery.
